Currently, they are the providers of stable income for 90 artisans and are expecting to reach up to 1000 artisans in the next three years. The most unique concept about this company is making wooden toys that will not cause any health hazards and most of the toys have Neem Wood as the primary material. Ariro Company was founded by a husband-wife duo named Vasanth Tamilselvan and Nisha Ramaswamy. They wanted to give their child a Montessori environment for her development. When they researched it the market about wooden teethers, they found very limited options, and then with the help of the carpenter they made some wooden toys for their daughter. Their family and friends found this idea adorable and told them to make some more for their children. Vasanth Tamilselvan came up with the idea that why don’t they make their own brand? They gathered skilled artisans and discussed their ideas with them and provided them with raw materials. Hence, Ariro Wooden Toy Company started.
