Founded in 2021, Cubyts helps design managers in codifying design culture, improve cross-functional collaboration, and measure the impact of design on business. It operates on a standalone collaboration as well as a TPA-integrated platform and comes with various features to ease its use. The startup currently is in the early-access stage and has onboarded 50 teams. It targets to have 500+ teams onboard by the end of this year.
Cubyts also helps the teams to manage the UX intersection with business and development. The startup has three co-founders, and till now has raised $1.8M.

The co-founders of Cubtys are Aurobinda Pradhan, Shashank Deshpande, and Raghu Sarangarajan.
Aurobinda Pradhan
Aurobinda Pradhan is a designer as well as a management student. He is the CEO of Cubyts. He completed his degree in design from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and IIT Bombay.
After a few years, he completed his degree in management from IIM Bangalore. Along with Cubyts, he is also a partner at UXalliance, wherein he has also worked as a trainer for 7 years. He was also the co-founder of PeepalDesign and stayed in that company for 14 years.
Being an entrepreneur, Aurobinda Pradhan has run successful startups and still is building an even more successful one.
Raghu Sarangarajan
Raghu Sarangarajan is the CPO at Cubyts. He completed his degrees in computer sciences from Madurai Kamaraj University and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Graduated from IIM Bangalore and completed the Executive Management Program.
Raghu was a consulting partner at PeepalDesign for a year from 2020 to 2021. He co-founded HaystackOne by Aham Analytics LLC. and worked at the company for almost 4 years. He was the SVP and Head of Global Delivery at InEight Inc. for almost two years.
Raghu also co-founded Aeka Consulting in 2012 and served as the Vice President of the company for 2 years. He was the Vice President at AkaaRa Consulting for 1 year and 3 months and also served as the director of products and engineering for 8 months before VP.
SAP Labs also experienced success under his leadership as he worked there for almost 10 years as Lead Product manager and Project leader.
With 500+ connections, Raghu Sarangarajan has been with Cubyts since the start and has been working with his partners to lead the startups to more success.
Shashank Deshpande
Shashank Deshpande is the Chief Business Officer at Cubyts. He pursued Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and a PG Diploma in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design.
Shashank founded Quipus Design in 1992 and worked at the company for 5.5 years. He was a senior manager at Symantec Corp. for 9 years. He was the Chief of Technical Staff at Human Factors International for 11 months.
Shashank co-founded Clarice Technologies and worked there for 7 years. He was also the Chief Design Officer at Globant for almost 5 years.
As of now, he is the managing partner at Pentathlon Ventures for almost 3 years now. He has been managing both companies simultaneously and has been leading them to success!
