Together with Microsoft, Darwinbox is providing solutions to enterprises around the world that will improve the employee experience and support the changing nature of the workplace.
Deep connections between Darwinbox’s Human Capital Management (HCM) platform and the Microsoft product ecosystem as well as joint innovation on employee experience-improving technologies are part of the agreement. Expressly, as part of efforts to offer a “radically distinct and differentiated” value offering to its clients, Darwinbox will embrace Microsoft Azure to improve its HCM platform.
The provider’s mobile-first platform is intended to improve and customize employee experience (EX) by integrating HR activities and experiences with Microsoft Teams, Viva, and Active Directory within Dynamics 365 and Office 365 platforms.
Darwinbox has also used Microsoft’s Power BI to enhance its AI-based predictive analytics engine and create visual analytics dashboards that assist people across customer organizations in making faster business choices and more effective use of data.
BENEFITS OF THE AGREEMENT
Strategic product and engineering partnerships between the two businesses are expected to accelerate innovation in the areas of talent acquisition, payroll management, benefits, and workforce management. The agreement, according to the HR technology provider, aims to “unlock their workforce’s fullest potential” while accelerating collaborative go-to-market actions in all areas where Darwinbox works.
